Sore foot!!

I noticed this on my bunnies foot today...any ideas? Should I take him to vet?

Keep an eye on it. Looks nice and clean. Monitor for hair loss and infection. Any dry scabs or scales or hair loss elsewhere?

OK thanks. Doesn't appear to be causing him any pain and can't see anything else. He is behaving just as cheekily as normal and eating and drinking fine. X
