I just randomly noticed that Oreo has a random scab on her. She is showing no signs of pain and is not scratching it. Should I be worried? I have no clue what could have caused this scab.

It looks like she scratched herself because it was/is itchy, it often happens when a rabbit has mites and this is a typical spot for them as well. If you never had experience with mites I would visit your vet or at least would contact them online sending some clear photo so they could confirm and prescribe a treatment for it. Scab itself is not dangerous just she will continue scratching herself it it is itchy so you'd need to define what is causing this.

Okay. Thank you for your input. I haven't noticed any mites/signs of mites. My vet said to just watch it and if she has any signs of mites or the scab gets worse to take her in.

Good advice. We had a mini Rex that went bald every spring on the back of his neck and then would regrow his fur--never found out a cause. They can be very perturbing.
