New bunny + Older bunnies

Alright. Due to space, i have had my new little guy next to my 3 older fixed males. the older guys have been ok when they are out to play. Some times they will chase him, but upon further review, they would only chase when he would freak out. Right now he is in their cage and they are just lying there as if nothing is new but the little one is all over the place thumping every minute or so.

What is going on here? Im so confused.

P.S. He needs to get in with them soon so i can finish the cage i was building for them. It will be pretty long and should have enough room for 4 with play time during the day.
