I posted about it in my blog....so I won't go into it all here.
I don't know how much of it is due to losing Tiny (I'm sure some of it is) and getting Zeus...and so many other things.
I just can't go on breeding anymore. I think I was good as a breeder and all - I didn't overbreed.
I just can't continue to make a decision to breed knowing that it might put a doe's life at risk.
Somehow, I stopped being able to see my does as "breeders" and have had them become friends...or pets...or whatever.
This isn't to say I'm suddenly "anti-breeder", etc. After all, if it wasn't for breeders we wouldn't have some of the breeds we all love so much...like lionheads, lops, rexes, flemmies...and more.
I told Robin earlier today - I'm at such peace about my decision. This is the right time and the right decision...
