How many can it fit?

Im working on my cage, its a wooden and C&C cage. Its 4ft long by 2ft wide and has a 2ft by 1 1/2ft second level.

I will be putting a mini rex netherland dwarf mix that will probably get around 2-3 pounds in it in a few weeks when he is weaned.

Can I fit another bunny in the cage with that bunny or would it be to cramped?

If I can, up to how many pounds could the other bunny be?

I would say a bond mate about the same size would be ok. I would not go over a total of 6 pounds for a cage that size.

I think another very small rabbit would be ok, if they were out of the cage a lot for exercise. Is there anyway you could make the cage bigger?

I decided to just get my one bunny. I will spoil him rotten and the cage will be nice and spacious for him!
