How long before Panacure starts working?

Cinnabun started on Panacure yesterday for suspected EC. She continues to be very wobbly and shaky. After how many days of treatment can I expect to see some improvement?

I think there is no specific time frame. I have heard 5 days and experienced that with my first rabbit. It depends on how soon they get treated I suppose. My third rabbit was treated late and even now after 9 days I see no change. In fact I don't know if its EC as two of three vets I met claim that EC is not as common as the literature suggests. But they still cannot say what is wrong with my rabbit. She certainly has the symptoms.
