Head Tilt- how long?

I brought her to the vet and he gave me 2 antibiotics (a pill and a pink liquid). He figures its an ear infection. She had the head tilt for 3 days before she was treated, will her head go straight again? Will she be okay? I'm just really worried for her, I want her to be okay. Anyone ever experience this before and want to share their story to ease my mind?

With aggressive treatment (I like penicillin shots and oral Chlor Palm), it should un-tilt, but they don't always. But they do fine living with the tilt. They just look a little odd. In severe cases when the bunny looses his/her balance and rolls, you may need padded buffers of some kind (Kirstie Alley kept her head tilt rabbit in a an empty plastic kiddie pool in her bedroom, if I recall correctly).
