Our two baby buns Chini (boy) and Lanipoo (girl) are fed a daily diet of Alfalfa cubes, Ti leaves, and some Timothy hay. For treats they get a few oat grains daily, and an occasional slice of apple, pear, or banana (not daily). They seem to be extremely healthy, active, and growing normally. Their doo doos are normal and are great for our garden crops. We do not use commercial feed but only this natural diet. For bedding we use coconut coir and timothy hay. We have two happy Hawaiian mini lop bunnies.
