Hair loss

My rabbit is loosing hair between her two front legs and towards the middle of her stomach. Could she be trying to eat herself? Or why could she be loosing hair?

Is she pulling it out in bunches and stashing it somewhere, like she's building a nest? She may be pregnant or be experiencing a false pregnancy. If she's actually eating the hair or it's just falling out on its own, that's anomalous and should be checked out by a good rabbit vet.

Is she spayed? If not, she's probably like whiskeylollipop said, either pregnant or a false pregnancy. My sweet grandbun had a false pregnancy and it wasn't pretty. Also watch for hay gathering and nest making.
