Fur loss patch

Hi, my 6 months dwarf rabbit, has a patch of fur lost at the corner of his right eye (towards the front corner), went to the vet, she gave me a cream to rub on it. She said it's probably due to bacteria infection.

Could it be caused by fur mites? My rabbit also has fur mites. What else can be done?

If she has fur mites she could be treated with an antiparasitic like ivermectin( which needs to be carefully dosed ),Revolution (selamectin )or Advantage ( imidacloprid),
Many antiparstitics are very dangerous for rabbits so one needs to be very careful. Never use anything over the counter.
