I'm not sure who first posted about the freezingdrinking water, but I found this and thought with some creativity itcould be used safely.

Maybe it could be used with an outside mounting water bottle that has a flip open top?

Good thought. Someone suggested to methat an thermostatic aquarium heater might be installed in a waterbottle as well. Next time I'm in the pet store I will take alook at some of this stuff.

I use an aquarium heater for my birds brooder :DI thought of that as well, but I wasn't sure about the cord, would itbe ok for out side use?

The problemis that metal water bottlenozzles may still freeze. When it's -10 I don't know how effective thatwould be because the nozzle could still freeze. And I'd never put on ofthose into a bowl for a bunny because of the obvious risk it would posefor rabbits.
