Some bunnies do, some bunnies don't.You have to gain their trust a bit if it's a nervous rabbit... as mostof them are! When Barney is out, let him run aroundyou. Lie down on the ground with him and let him come up toyou. If he jumps away when you pet him, don't worry becausehe won't be used to you.
It's taken 6 months for our doe, Max, to relax properly withus. She was very nervous from the start and has a habit ofkicking and scratching if you hold her when she doesn't want held.
Sometimes you've just got to accept that they're not cuddly, but if youtake it slow, you might have a good chance of having a lap bunny!
