When i adopted Luv she had a chewing log and itsgoing to need replacing sooner or later. Roger just has a piece of woodin there, my son switched the log with the wood and he was intrested init. But i dont want to take things away from Luv and give them to him.(dont want tomake her mad at him) Where can i getsome logs for them to chew on.

Hi Cristy,

I'm in Connecticut and this time of year is when I go out and gatherlogs for the year. I'm really fond of giving my rabbits applewood because it's so hard. I just go to a particular orchardeach year and they give me some from their dead wood pile.

Make sure the wood doesn't have any insects in it. If you'renot sure, you can put it in the oven and bake it at 350 for 20 minutesor so.

Thanks we are going to a apple orchard with mysons school on oct 15. I will see if i can get the number andcall ahead of time and see if they have any i can get.
