My bunny has been sneezing alittle the last 2 days. Only 2-3 times (a small sneeze). he has no discharge and is eating fine and acting his usualy self. could this just be dust, or can it have something to do with cold temperature(he sleeps in the bathroom at night which is a lot colder than the room he plays in during the day)

Bunnies can sneeze for several reasons - irritation like you said for dust being one of them.

Funny smells will get them too - Alfie went crazy with a sneezing fit when he got a whiff of some vinegar/water mix were were using to clean up! So if there is anything making a strong unusual odour near him then that could be it.

Keep an eye on him - if you can't see any obvious cause (like excessive dust or something smelling funny) and the sneezing persists, or if there's any discharge from his nose or eyes, then I'd take him to the vet to be certain.
