mhiszxpinay,

Have you gone to any rabbit websites? Tried looking up information onnormal rabbit behavior? Because I know no one here minds helping you,but I think it'd be easier on yourself if you just took a look at acouple comprehensive websites. If they don't answer your questions, then come to us.

As far as the digging goes, the rabbit may be telling you she wants to get off or (in the case of my bunsters) "I have to pee!".

Here are some sites that may help you:

Mhiszxpinay, thishappened tomy mom the other day while she was holdingSherman. She was sitting in a chair holding him in her lapand petting him. After about 30 minutes, he startedscratching and digging into her stomach like he was trying to dig ahole. It turns out that he wanted to get down, but he didn'twant to jump down because he was afraid of theheight.I suspect that that's what's happening withEmmy right now too.

P.S. Along with the greatwebsites that M.E. posted you'll find that the longer you know and getto know your bun, the better you'll get at reading herbehavior. I've gotten to the point with Sherman now that Ican read him like a book. My mom was amazed when I told her,"Oh, he just wants to get down." When I picked him up fromher lap and put him on the floor all was right with the world again.

Bunnies are just sofascinating. I could observe and play with them forhours.

P.S. You've been making somegreat posts. Keep up the good work!:)
