So I've been away for awhile.. Sorry!! Been busy Had a baby a month ago so things have been busy! haha BUT!

If some of you remember me posting about a rabbit I adopted back in may. Well the vet did Diagnosed him with a Neurological problem.

But last night my thoughts of him being blind came back again. His head is tilted to the left very slightly but can notice it. and his pupils are white, Glossy white color and he was bumping things and then sniffing it. When I feed him he runs in a circle trying to find his dish and I have to pick him up and put him right in front of it.

what can I do to help him? Is there anything I can do?

Welcome back :)
Sorry it's not under better circumstances :(

Here are a few Lagomorph Library threads for the mods (and yourself, if you are inclined): Blindness, Eye Problems

As for neurological challenge, I'm sure the Infirmary mods will have some more thoughts...

Please, fill out the information located here.
This will help narrow down the challenges... it seems pretty clear from what you've said, but more info always helps :)

ETA: I've taken the liberty of making a more descriptive title... hope you don't mind :bunnydance:

Thanks for the help and that's fine I wasn't sure what to title it. haha

He's making an odd noise now, He's always has kinda like his nose is clogged. He has a running nose as well or he's drooling we don't know which one it is.. Can't see it otherwise.

THis bun really needs to see a knowledgeable vet.
Were his ears checkedreally thoroughly for infection..

sounds to me like an infection of some kind that has affected the brain

I agree that it could be either an infection or EC. The eye thing sounds a bit like cataracts, a bit like infection, and a bit like EC-related eye issues. This link has pictures of eye issues that might help you identify what's up.

The nose thing makes me think it's a large upper respiratory infection that may have gotten to the brain, like angieluv said. Lops are really prone to getting ear infections, and if they're not treated early and aggressively, they can get out of control and spread to other organs.

edit: please go to one of these vets, or one recommended by the Minnesota HRS.

I really like the vets I take him to. and they are the only ones in the area that are close to me. At his vet there are 2 rabbit savy vets so there are always more then one opinion for him. Because of his Neuro problem I prefer a vet that is very close to me just incase.

The lady from the MN HRS and I had a bit of a falling out.. I am no longer going to them at all.

the only one that looks like his eyes are the Cataract.

But Like I've said, I don't know his past. Because I adopted him from the Animal Shelter. He was abandoned so I don't know if he has seen a vet before or what the vets before treated him for. I mention to them to check his ears everytime he's in and they do and they always come out clean.
