My moms friend made me this, for a birthday dinner (the next day) and it's AMAZING. I didn't think it would be good, btu I was very suprised.
You take 1 large jar of salsa. (like the tostitos salsa, 15 oz, 2 lbs)
and 3 chicken breasts,
Cut the chicken breasts into bite sized cubes and semi-cook them in a frying pan.
Then, throw that with the jar of salsa, in a slow cooker
Add, Half the jar (no need to mess a measuring cup)of water into the cooker.
Cook for a good hour/two hours (however long, the chicken is already cooked) the more you cook it, the more it's flavoured.
Next, cook some Spaghetti.
Put cooked spaghetti at the bottom of the plate, and add chicken(and sauce) ontop.
It's amazing.
