Bar spacing for baby rabbits?

Does anyone know what the maximum bar spacing is for baby rabbits that are just leaving the nest, about 2.5 to 3 weeks old.

I was looking at a run online but the bar spacing is 3.3cm, over 1.25 inches which seems huge and not really suitable for babies. But I'm not sure, maybe it is?

Hardware cloth with 1/2 x 1/2 squares is generally used as "baby saver" wire around the perimeter of the cage. I've had babies squeeze out of the 1 x 2 side wire normally used.
