Just yesterday (saturday) there was an article in our local newspaper about how a nearby town is putting down so many dogs.
These dogs actually made the front page of our newspaper.
It's sad and us humans are mostly to blame, people who dump animals orwho don't desex their animals and end up having unwanted pregnancies.
It breaks your heart, the front headline of our paper read "Dogs onDeath row" It just about broke my heart, but as I was once told "Youcan't save them all, you have to realise that you can only take so manyanimals into your home"
Which is true, there comes a point when you have to say "I have enoughanimals and as much as I want to adopt that homeless animal I can't".
People have to think about the animals they already have, don't get mewrong I'd love to be able to "save them all" but simple fact is wecan't.
