I managed to save the last 2 bunnies in the litter. They evidently had a vit deficiency. I got a general multivitamin to add to their water and havnt had any problems since. :bunnydance:

ok iv heard vit E a good bit and looked it up. it seems to fit so what can i do to correct it and hopefully save the other 2. yes i lost 2 more today.

I dont mind gross if it helps. But no the belly was not bloated. Just layed out like they were stretched out asleep but too still. so far the remaining 4 seem to be ok.

just to clarify they arnt small as in thin. They look healthy in weight, they are just small in stature. just little guys. not thin

right now i just use the rabbit pellets walmart sells. Small World brand. I was thinking of changing to a pellet food from a specialty food place down the road from my house. They make their own feeds there, but theirs is high in protein. What are flax seeds?

My new baby bunnies are starting to open their eyes!!! They first one opened its eyes this morning. They are also trying to hop around, although they dont really have that much control over distance and direction yet. THEY ARE SOOO CUTE:biggrin2:

it seams better today, but im watching her close. cleaning the babies was actually fun. i just got a warm wet wash cloth and stroaked them until they were all clean:D
