Been having a fly issue lately. Currently no eggs or maggots are on my bunnies but around their litterbox and in their room there's about 3 dozen flys. We are getting fly tape in the morning. Any other good suggestions?

I maybe overthinking things but our one bun has been acting strange ever since the spay a month ago. Shes also more scared and hiding last week or so. Her bond has been also grooming alot more. Is she okay? Is it trauma from the spay maybe?
