Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

Thanks for clarifying, after the first one suddenly died I promised myself that I would look closer if I see anything off, that's the thing, I saw nothing, nothing what so ever...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

It was about 1,5 months between their deaths. This morning she was fine, when i came home at 1pm, she wasn't. She died at 3 pm, that's the weird part. No idea if it was gi statis, but i knew she was still eating, she ate cabbage about half an hour before her death. Not so sure about drinking...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

I know that she isn't afraid of beeing in cars, she never was so i don't think she was stressed from it. It was also a 5 minute ride, she wasn't in the car for long. She wasn't resisting or doing anything either when the vet was touching the stomach, only about 2 minutes later. I honestly...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

Update, 1 hour ago we went to the vet. When we arrived and put her on the table, the vet was feeling its stomach or something, then she started screaming for atleast 10-20 seconds straight (and a seisure, not to sure) and she was dead. I'm devistated, she was fine this morning. I did not expect...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

Update, we just got back from the vet, she died right on that table when the vet was checking her, making very haunting noises (I'm thinking a seizure) I don't understand, she was fine this morning, just like my other rabbit à month ago... I'm so upset right now... Thanks for the answers...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

From what I red it said that it could be gi statis, but her stomach isn't on the ground really, there's still a gap between the floor and her stomach. Sorry for the spam but I'm kinda panicking here. She ate very little an hour ago but now she's refusing lettuce...

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

Note:I noticed that she hasn't been drinking much or peeing, I held my hand out with water and she kicked my fingers clean, but when I give her a little plate of water she isn't drinking.

Quick help needed, rabbit suddenly just sitting there, looking down with eyes halfopen RIP

I need advice fast. This morning she wasn't like this. Now she just sits there looking down, normally she runs towards me asking for treats, she ate a piece of carrot and a piece of salad, but isn't eating hay or anything. When I pick her up and move her she does 2 to 3 steps and then just keeps...

1 of my bonded pair died

A little update: 1 month later, she still acts the same, except for the fact that now she lets me pet her and even pick her up. She was always scared to come inside since it was slippery but recently she stands by our door. The thing is it seems like she is trying to make friends with our 2...

1 of my bonded pair died

No, outdoor. She has 2 cages connected by some small fences, that are available 24/7 so she can exercise daily. I also let her run in the garden every now and then. She still seems fine but it is heartbreaking to see her alone waiting for a treat, but i don't think she cares about it what so...

1 of my bonded pair died

Hello Today, one of my rabbits sadly passed away. They were 2 sisters and we have had them for almost 3 years now. Now I can't help but think if she suffered or not. She was laying on her side on a corner with her head back, mouth closed and eyes closed. Looked like she was sleeping, except...

    Wet fur under chin

Update: after i changed the water bowl, it went away 2 days later. But the weird thing is that its now back, from nothing to alot in 1 day time. I don't know what to do anymore. Can it have to do something with the fact that he runs around in the garden while everything is very wet since the...

    Wet fur under chin

I really hope that this is just the problem, thanks. I switched to a smaller bowl and hopefully it will help. If not i will try to get her inside during the winter, and then i will see once she has lost weight (she's on a diet) if nothing changes or if it gets worse in the meantime i will go to...

    Wet fur under chin

The problem is that they don't know how to use it. We got them from my grandfather, and we quickly noticed that they did not know how it worked so we had to switch to a bowl.

    Wet fur under chin

Yeah thats what i was thinking, but i dried it up twice and it never goes away, the other rabbit doesn't have it. Could it be that it happens now because she gained alot of weight? She wasn't as heavy before this thing started. Wil this be a problem in the winter?

    Wet fur under chin

Hello I spotted wet skin on my 3 year old rabbit, about 1 month ago. At the time i didn't think that is was bad or anything. Now recently i got worried so i started researching, couldn't find anything. The closest that i got was teeth problems but i don't think thats the problem. So to...
