What about washing stuck 'poo' off their bums ? Or is this too traumatic ? Most vets recommend the dry, powder shampoos or sprays. But what about difficult areas ? Replies welcome. :)

You could take her to a groomer at a pet store, like PetSmart, or PetCo ? They have an excellent record with animals and can be trusted to give the best care.

Have been a member of the House Rabbit Society for a while, and am considering becoming more active in rescuing rabbits from unhealthy situations like the ones that are made to live outdoors, feces allowed to accumulate on the wire (terrible abuse) ,etc. Here's a quote from one of the HRS...
