Update on the buns: To anyone who's following this thread, just thought I'd provide an update. Both bunnies have now been fixed. The poor female was pregnant with 8 bunnies, but they were aborted, sadly. It took her a full two weeks to recover, during which she was in my kitchen usually laying...

Yeah, I think you're right. They were well bonded before she had her spay, but I let them together for awhile today, and he simply won't leave her alone or stop mounting her. So...she's going to stay inside until he gets neutered and healed. Then I'll try again.

Haha, it sounds like you have your hands full! My foster girl is turning out to be way more affectionate than I thought she would be. She's always licking my toes and following me around. The boy just runs around getting into trouble.

Thanks for the replies. I've actually found that my neutered males tend to be more affectionate too. However, I haven't had many rabbits so I wasn't sure if that was just a coincidence. :)

How sad. I think he was one of the first bunnies I read about when I joined the forum. He seemed so special, and I'm deeply sorry for you loss. :(

My bun loves brooms too! He's the same way, doesn't seem to like most toys but took an interest in the broom. :)
