    Anyone really familiar with bicillin!?

Hi Danielle - I have a 7 year old English Angora who has had a bad dental abscess along with heavy growth of pseudemonas aeruginosa. I researched here and found great advice from a few years back. It was recommended to me to use a mix of Penicillin and Azithromycin. I had to fight to go this...

    Penicillin Injections

I am in the process of giving penicillin injections for my English Angora and I am waiting to hear back from my vet right now, but wanted to ask is anyone has had experience in giving penicillin injections. Specifically, if he received an injection yesterday at 4:30PM and we are suppose to give...

    Psudomonas Aeruginosa

Today is three weeks, and what a long three weeks! One week ago we had to go in for further removal of a tooth that was not gotten 100%. Our little guy seemed to be doing great, and then 10 days in to all of the treatment he had more nasal discharge - thick white - which is what led us to go...

We have cut back the pain meds...have seen a really good improvement UNTIL just today the sneezing and mucos discharge started (it had pretty much stopped). I do believe weather is a...

    Psudomonas Aeruginosa

Thanks Hokankai - this raises another topic almost ....not treating, or treating pseudomonas when it appears to worsen what is the true impact of the quality of life for a bunny. Our vet is also recommending something that has had no real testing done on rabbits, or especially nasal discharge...

    Psudomonas Aeruginosa

Kukui is definitely down at different times - which is different when I can tell when he is not feeling well or in pain (before we discovered the first tooth issue). But then when the pain meds take effect he is playful - figure eights around the legs, eating good, etc...will keep you posted

    Psudomonas Aeruginosa

When you say issues, can you describe a bit more - just depression, or health as well? If health, what have you noticed? I'm sorry for your loss of Citrus, and much like your little Kiwi all I want is to get my Kukui feeling better! (and then find him a new gal pal!)

    Psudomonas Aeruginosa

Looking for input....I have a 7 year old English Angora. He has recently been cultured and heavy growth was observed. He has had nasal discharge with a thick white mucus and has been on antibiotics (Enrofloxicam/Baytril). Finally, a dental check revealed a tooth problem and his CT1 was...
