Haha that's adorable, my Kelby is just as sassy, he recent;y discovered that he can jump the baby gate in his room, hop down the stairs, jump the second baby gate, nudge the door open entering the kitchen, then to jump onto a stool then onto the counter where he'll find his herb window...

I know with my rabbits I put the litter box in a corner and the hay in the opposite corner, and when he "went" I simply moved the soiled bedding into the litter box, after about a week or two they caught on (: Hopefully this helps!
