Today I went to cut Nepo'snails and I found out he weighs almost 5 lbs. He is 9 or 10months.

Well that's not the surprise. Ready?Nepo..............is a girl!. I'm really surprised, I can'tstart thinking of him as a girl!I've hadhim(her!:X)for 9 months. What will his(her!:X) newname be? My sister thinks it should be Luna (moon in spanish)It's really pretty, but it will be a big change. The lady at the petshop said she thought Nepo was a girl because she couldn't seetesticles when she checked. Thereisa weird part-Nepo is really aggressive to be a girl, are does also aggressive? Butthereis somethingthat is logic: She(finally!) lovesto be petted:). Today she (it sounds weird:)) let me trance her in thecar, maybe it was because it was dark and she liked the movement of thecar. I know a lot of you have experienced this:D. Maybe I'mover reacting a little:?.

Males or females can be agressive, so it's not weird at all.

I'll give some thought to some names and post them later. :)

Is Nepo a masculine name in some language that I'm not awareof? If not, why not keep the name? :D
She has a point, it sounds unisex to me. :)

No my mom made it up:D. Idoes sound a little masculine in spanish, it sounds better if youchange it to Nepa which wouldn't be masculine, but I think itsweird.

I wouldn't bet on it yet. Are you goingby the girl at the petstore's advice? I know someone who hada male, the vet said it was a female and was preparing to spay thislittle guy. Turned out his testicles were just VERY tiny andsome don't descend......

Maybe pam can give you some hints to find out forsure..... I know she did for someone else who was having troubleidentifying sex.

This bunny I mentioned was about Nepo's age when they were preparinghim for surgery..... they were shaving him and found his littlenubs...... sneaky little guy huh?

If it makes you feel better I have had Timothyfor 4 years now. And I think he might be a she..... :shock:Soyou are a lot faster then I am at figureing it out. The place we gothim from said he was a he but I'm not finding anything to say that heis a he.....

Alls I know is dont ask Buck he's confuzzled himself LOL JK

Anyway Nepo isn't a bad name I'd keep it reguardless it does sound unisex and the bun is used to hearing it.
