Hieee, I'm an American living in Turkey, who recently purchased a bunny from a livestock vendor a few days ago. He said the bunn is about a month old, but was clueless to the breed as they weren't exactly being sold as pets.
I know she's albino, and suspect she could be a mini rex from what I've read on other sites based on her ears and coat, but for some reason I can't see the pictures in the "rabbit identification" thread so it makes identifying her (or him) difficult.

She is very plush and soft, with a with a thick undercoat (cannot feel her skin) and has upright ears.8d88b3b5-81f9-48d0-a8d6-d38709cdacaa.jpg c13cbd45-f155-4bba-bebd-e5277253ae6f.jpg9eefdae4-8565-45d1-bcc8-b6e7894361b3.jpg

She looks very small like 5-6 week old so her fur can change a bit and her ears can drop. If she was from livestock breeder if they breed for meat she should be some meat rabbit, mini rexes would be too small to breed for meat I believe.
Could be New Zealand meat rabbit. Can you ask breeder if they could send you a pic of her parents?

I can certainly ask for pictures, but there's really no telling if he even knows who/where her parents came from, or if he is the one who is in possession of them.
He had many other animals as well, all fowl except for the bunnies, and she was the only one left out of the litter of 5 that I'd seen the previous day.

New Zealand was my initial guess but thought the coat was more rex-like.
You're probably right, however. Guess the only way to see is to wait till she's grown!
Talked with my boyfriend about possible pictures of the parents, and his response was "impossible".

Today is our third day together and we've bonded immensely over the last few hours.

Sorry if I'm gushing, but I bred and raised Holland Lops in middle school for 4-H, and have wanted another bunny again for the last decade.
The closest I got was bonding with the wild bunnies in my back yard who eventually came within a foot of me (while I was sitting, and dared not reach out to touch).
So having Dala now feels like a dream.

Also if she's still very young it could be he, I've got one 8 week girl once and she had testicles after a few weeks :)

Haha yeah it's still too early to tell. I'm hoping she's a male, yet saying "she" just seems more endearing.

She's a beauty! And one very lucky meat rabbit! Please keep us updated as she grows
