I recommend not going back to that breeder, a lot of their rabbits probably have it. go to your local rabbit shelter or use a different breeder, also i am sorry for your loss i experienced the same thing only weeks after i got my first rabbit. Today is actually my 1 year bunniversary (the day i got her and comet)
