Thank you so much for your advice. It's funny, i'm using linoleum on the back wall of the cage (against wood) so i can easily rinse it off once peed on. LOL. I never thought of doing this with the roof. Darn...I JUST bought so linoleum 3 hours ago! ahhh. haha. Thank you tho!
The hutch will be...
I've been working on a four slot wooden hutch lately but I've come to the roofing part. Anyone have any suggestions on wat I can use for the roof? I'll be putting wire cages on top of the hutch so I'm not sure if I should just use wood or shingels. (I'll be making the roof on top of the wire...
Thanks guys. I have decided that the comfort of the rabbits are more important then trying having room for more rabbits. All the cages have been sized 2ft long and 20"W. This is the normal size of a hutch...i'm hoping they will enjoy this once the hutches are finished!
Its a very hard kind. You have to life the metal part all the way up. I can't really explain it, but since they cage is new, it's super hard for even a person to get it open.

Soo...our rescue took in a very large 'feeder' rabbit about a week ago. Shes super adorable, kind of calico colored. Welll....4 nights ago she birthed 7 amazingly healthy buns! Ah...I love baby rabbits, super adorable...:bunnydance:

Only a VERY little fruit and carrots a week for them...to much starch/sugar. NO oranges...(Supposedly mostly only no oranges for males, not sure to much on that)
I have changed to only "easy locking crock bowls" they are the best and the rabbits can get more water by a bowl anyway. I cant stand water bottles! Gahhh...one time, one of the balls at the end that are "suppose" to hold the water in until the rabbits tongue pushes it, got stuck, took me two...
