Well, it is awhile later! Since the vet didn't really say either way if they could be kept together, but wasn't exactly encouraging...we decided that we wouldn't adopt the other bunny. ...but then we have been visiting him every week and bringing him food since then and have grown more...

Thanks for the comments and the tips, everyone. On Wednesday, my Mom ended up taking Herbert to the vet (since there had been some swelling). It was our vet's partner and,I guess he couldn't handle Herbert properly to look there, so my mom lifted Herbert and the vet stretched his legs out...

Hi there, I have been lurking for awhile, so I thought I would join. I'm 27 and I have a 1 1/2-year-old bunny, named Herbert. Herbert is all black, with brown eyes. He is very proud of his long ears and shiny coat. I'm not sure what breed he is exactly, but he is very handsome. ;)
