I'm moving my rabbits to an x-pen, and I'm wondering what I should put under the x-pen. They're litter trained, but I still want to protect the floors. So what do bunny owners suggest for under an x-pen? Cheap and works well, please? Thanks in advance. :blushan:

It's much easier to use an x-pen. They are cheaper than the large cages that don't even meet most rabbits' needs. At www.amazon.com, they have a large 6' x 2' x-pen that I use for my bonded pair, Paige and Sam. They love it because it is very large! If you use an x-pen, you'll need to...

Yes!! My hoomin has a black and brown thing she calls a "puppy". He scares me! Sometimes he comes up to the side of my x-pen and he pants and looks at me in a way that makes me hide behind my husbun, Sam. But I love my hoomin even though her "puppy" torments me. Sincerely, Paige

I am considering adopting this pair of rabbits from my local shelter, but I'm nervous! I have a kind-of-busy schedule where I'm home for about 6 hours per day and have about a half-hour to give food, water, and clean their litter boxes, but then I will let them out for 3-4 hours to have free run...

So I'm adopting a pair of rabbits, and I have a quick question: What makes rabbits such great pets? :D
