Russet knows nothing aside from being a baked potato. A baked spicy potato who relishes in catching his bunparent off guard every. single. time. He is a year and a half, turning two in January. Russet is bipolar bun where he is happy at one and angry in the next. Truth be told, I don't even know why, most of the times he is so angry. He gets really cuddly after though so I don't mind until he starts to wreck my sheets. Then like a cannon, he is shot out of the bed. (just kidding, a little). He is the spitting embodiment of King Henry of England. Everything has to be perfect for this little sovereign. His mats has to be in the right place for this royal one to hop across. God forbid he step on the floor. He likes to eat what he wants to eat and leave the rest scattered on the floor for his peasant slave to pick up. He's a joy to be around, truly, I would not swap him for any bun in the world.

He loves me, that I know because whenever he feels that I am a smidge dirty, he gives my hands a thorough cleaning.

and yet,

I am only alive because he allowed me to live. He never lets me forget this fact.

I love my potato and my potato loves me too.. sometimes <3


(ahhh just in case you're worried, he's not in a trance in the pfp. His position is fairly similar to when he is standing except he's sitting. I was doing his daily checkup routine and sat him up, his back supported by my legs like a toddler in their car seat. And he was being cute. Licking and holding my fingers, THERE WAS A NEED for a "few" pictures. It'd be a crime not to document how cute he is. This was one of the pictures. )
