Yes sorry guys my mom took her into the vet today at 3 and they euthanized her.
they said they were surprised she lasted that long.
she was on Chloramphenicol for sure and another drug I believe and it made it worse i guess.
unfortunately i dont know the details :(

I was wrong. they did a culture at the last visit, we are just waiting for the results, tomorrow or sat.
She is eating except they said she is thrashing and flopping around a lot and they think she is in a lot of pain.
We have a vet appt at 3:30 tonight and they are going to take another...
Reese kept getting worse and worse. They put him on two more meds and had us cleaning the ear out daily and apparently it got a lot worse.
Im at school so I havent seen it and they arent very good at relaying the message.

So my bunny developed head tilt on Friday. We went to vet emerge and the vet put her on Baytril (we've been crushing it into a 3ml syringe of apple juice) and said it was an ear infection and that there was a little bit of puss in the ear.
She said she wasnt worried and expected...

It took us so long to think of reese as a boy and now it will take us even longer to think of reese as a girl! haha and we could have had them together this whole time :(
I guess this explains why lacie wasnt pregnant when they both broke out of their cages for a day haha.

Poor Reese.. female at 7 weeks when adopted. Male with one testicle at 9 weeks? haha and now back to a female at a little over 4 months. When we first started we agreed for a newer vet to be their "annual visit" vet. But the bunny expert would deal with any sickness and/or problems, surgerys...
We made it out of plywood :) Our buns are really good though and dont chew it as they have their sticks and log house to chew on.. i dont think it would be safe tho for buns that would chew on it
We used zip ties to reinforce everything :)
