I was unaware that it had a name. About three years ago I found a feral kitten in a tree. He's fat and sassy now but if you pet him for too long he will role over grab your arm with his front paws and kick your forearm with his back paws.

If the discharge is clear and there is only a little bit then I would lean towards it being allergies. Is he housed inside or outside? Rabbits are prone to respiratory infections so I would go back to the vet and ask them to listen to his breathing. What type of antibiotics was he first given?

I decided against the onions and gave him a nice slice of banana instead.
