Lately we've been having a flea crisis in our home. I've found fleas on both our foster kittens and our dogs, and have found some flea droppings on Garnet's skin. My Garnet has the same thing, she's had it since I got her from the shelter and the worker said it was from the stress of being in a small cage. It's been a year now and no hair's grown back, but she hasn't lost any. Maybe it's just clumpy fur?

I forgot to give fresh hay at that point in the day, which explains why she wasn't eating it. I do indeed give her fresh hay multiple times throughout the day, and she only gets a cup of pellets a day, later at night.

Just came back from the vet. The vet gave her a shot of penicillin as well as he cleaned out the hole in her abscess with iodine and hydrogen peroxide. He advised me to continue cleaning out her abscess three times daily, and to come back Friday to see if she needs any more penicillin. I'm just...
