Does anybody know what colour or breed these rabbits are?

Yes the top one has blue eyes. She does have a little bit of a mane when her winter fur comes through, but it is not a particularly large one like full lionheads have. In her summer coat it just shows as some tufty hair by the ears like in the picture. Lola at the bottom is a small rabbit as...

Should I enter my rabbit into beauty shows?

Somebody mentioned that you might be in the UK - in that case, my friend from college used to breed and show rabbits. You should take a look at the BRC website. Before you can show your rabbit you have to register with the British Rabbit council, and any rabbit entered into shows has to wear a...

    Cleaning Bunnies Cage

I use diluted Milton (the baby bottle sterilising fluid) I put a few caps full in hot water and use that to wash. It cleans really well, is completely non toxic and also kills any bacteria.

Does anybody know what colour or breed these rabbits are?

Thank you Enh98 :) I love these little one's to pieces To the others that replied : It sounds pretty definitive then, it's lovely to have a better idea about their breed, and I find the colours very interesting, Lexi (the one you both believe to be a Holland Lop in the bottom picture) has dark...

Does anybody know what colour or breed these rabbits are?

These are my two girls. I am not a breeder and know nothing about that side of things. These girls were rescued by me, they are spayed, and we have always just said they were mini lops (in Lola's case not really a lop) They are definitely not related, and I doubt they are the same breed, but...

My rabbits hate me right now :(

Have you tried Readigrass or a similar product? It is basically freeze dried grass, unlike hay it is still green and supposedly has most of the grass flavour still in it. My rabbits go mad for it, but they eat hay well so I tend to just mix in a handful of readigrass with the hay for more...

    Shed with Rabbit Run attached?

I have a set up like this. It works really well for my two. I will try and get you a picture of the full set up tomorrow (it's night time here now) Mine is a six foot by 4 foot shed, attached to a run of the same size. There is a bolt hole in the side of the shed that has a sliding door on...

    2013 Cages You've Made

Not a cage as such, but I built a 6 x 4 shed and run with the help of my dad. Here is the inside. I put anti slip lino on the floor to help with cleaning, they also have a jungle gym type toy arrangement on the mesh barrier (which stops them escaping when I open the door) but that isn't shown...

    Hi there

I'm Cat, nice to meet you all. I have had my rabbits for a while now so I am not completely new to rabbit ownership. It's nice to sign up to a few forums as there are always more things to learn. When it comes to rabbits I don't think it's possible to ever stop gaining knowledge. I am a...

    Lexi (Lola's adopted sister)

Lexi lives with Lola in their shed and run combo. She is a very inquisitive rabbit, who likes to groom me. Lexi is such a sweetheart and is always the first to jump on my knee when I sit with them both.

    Lola (mini cross)

Lola is a young mini lop / mini lop cross (exact details unknown). She was a rescue and I first got her at the age of about 4 months. She lives with another female called Lexi. Lola is the more nervous rabbit of the pair but is learning to trust me more and more as time goes by.
