Thanks so much! I've just been using towels and grass mats (they do not chew on the grass mats or towels). I also use some bedding, but I'll definitely be getting vinyl tiles! Thanks :)
How far would I have to sand down?
The vinegar actually seems to have helped a lot.
It kind of has a funky smell to it. I use an outdoor hutch inside and am wondering how to clean it. I use eco friendly cleaners on it now, but it seems like there's an underlying stench. I'm not sure what to do! Any help would be appreciated <3

I do the same thing!!! I have a bottle in their cage and a dog bowl with water in it in their play/roaming area. However, one of my rabbits, Jordan, generally doesn't drink from it. She seems to prefer the bottle.
My rabbit Jordan is cool with an electric "sander". I use it on her and she's just like whatever. Its fast and painless just having her nails filed down.
But Bamm-Bamm doesn't like it, so I have to clip her nails. Like another user suggested I just wrap her in a towel and flip her. She kind...
What about a thread showing bunnies trying to do something, but failing? Like a "You're Doing It Wrong" thread!
I came home this morning from the gym and Bamm-Bamm had two toilet paper rolls on her ears while sleeping. It was just the cutest thing ever :P.
Sorry for the delay in response!!!
She did have gas! I didn't know that it was so detrimental to rabbits. She was mostly better, but I took her to the vet. The vet confirmed it. She also told me how to prevent/ treat it.
I also took her to a different vet. The clinic of the original one I...
My rabbit, Jordan, seems to be extremely depressed. Its very similar to when I first adopted her. I took her to the vet and she checks out physically. So I really have no clue what's up with her.
She's generally pretty active and loves to play with Bamm-Bamm. But over the past couple weeks...
Update on the new bunny:
Her first couple days home were kind of rough. She freaked out a lot. Jordan also attacked her when I first introduced them. Jordan was really mean the first couple days :(. She also wasn't eating or drinking anything.
But now only a few days later she's doing REALLY...
She has a big rear-end, haha! The front part of her is narrow. She's built like a carrot, LOL!- She's 6-ish pounds.
Woahlookitsme, do you know why kind of rabbit she is? It wasn't on her label sticker. I could probably call them tomorrow. Maybe they forgot to put it on there.
I just trim each nail for a few seconds. 5-10. It doesn't take too long. Sometimes longer if they've gotten too long.
Jordan doesn't mind the nail trimmer. She in fact loves being groomed. When I use the shampoo her fur and then brush her she usually stretches out. She's a spoiled brat and...
Hi, fairly new to the forums! In my other threads I mentioned that I was wanting to get a friend for my bunny. So my BFF and I Were at the petstore to buy some dog food for her dog and I saw the most adorable and energetic rabbit... running around the store. It had escaped the hold of one of the...
url=http://example.com]I use this "nail grinder".[/url] I know its designed for dogs, but it has multiple different sized holes that you can stick each nail in.
I've tried clippers to no avail. I almost cut her quick once. The quick is the pink part that they're referring to. I like the nail...
I moved the water bottle over.
I just looked corn up! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! I definitely will go back to plain old pellets. Our housekeeper picked this up while grocery shopping and stuff. She really liked it though. Ugh. I hope she's fine.
