I would definitely bring him to a vet as soon as possible. I'm not sure how testicles should look as I had my rabbit neutered at 6 months and he's 9 now but it's always better safe than sorry. Also, if not for the testicles, at least to get that scanning looked at. Did he maybe hurt himself...
