Which heater is more appropriate?

So the only heat source we have in my house is the fire in the lounge, however this is on the opposite side of the house to my room where my bun lives. So I need a heat source so we both don't freeze. Which of these two is more appropriate?

The second one is small enough to put on a table out of my buns reach, but what's your guys thoughts? Has anyone had experience with similar heaters?

I use the top kind in my rabbitry. It is cool to the touch; the heat source is on the inside.
