Wake Up Call

I have a 2 year old Lionhead & a 3 year old Dwarf Mix. They both jump up onto my bed around 5:30am-6:45am everyday! I know they are most active at dawn & dusk. is this just them playing and being frisky, or is this their way of waking me up? Or possibly something else?

Attention to some extent, but mainly breakfast and their morning walk for BunBun and Booger.
