Has anyone read the four agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz?

It has been so beneficial to my outlook on life.

If you are having trouble with staying positive and feel like you have a tendency to turn neutral situations into negative ones then I highly recommend this book!
Even if you don't have a tendency to do this it is still truly insightful and empowering.

It changed my life for the better !
