I noticed that my bunny is thumping a lot. She does it every time she is about to jump onto my bed when im in it (then i pet her for as long as she wants) i also noticed shes been doing it a lot for no reason, a thump and a run and plays with some stuff. she doesnt look scared when she does it but i do notice she is a little skittish when she hears some sudden noises.
It is possible that thumping can also be when a bunny is excited? Like when she knows she will be cuddled and pet? she does it ever time she jumps on my lap or knows shes getting a treat.
Just curious if its only warning, scared behavior.
