We paired our female rex with our male minirex... One of momma's 4 babies clearly is the runt. Then I wondered... Are the offspring usually an average of the two sizes, or are they either a rex or a minirex? Probably a dumb question, but just wanted to hear thoughts of you who'd know!
While I'm on the topic of babies, at what age could I determine their sex? Thanks in advance!
Ps- if you have a good parcel of names that would be good for four buns, I am taking suggestions! ImageUploadedByRabbit Forum1405401070.747909.jpg

It's hard to tell size until they grow more (obviously, lol), I think it really depends what genes they get, since I've seen some mixed breeds where you get all different sizes in the litter and some are just inbetween.

People who are used to sexing can do it almost straight away or within a few days. If you're not used to doing it, might need to wait a couple of weeks.
