Rabbits but not Rabbits

Hi i was wondering if there was any Volkswagen fans on here. Preferably fans of the rabbit/golf. and if you just own a VW but you dont really notice it being a VW your not a fan.

Yeah I had a '72 VW Bug convertible in HS... then my dad got me a 1973 vette.. which I still own..

Loved my bug though.,.

There are rabbit shirts on ebay, or there was a while back? GTI, 20th anniversary edition (if I recall correctly). The VW Rabbits have this cool little silver emblem. Very cool, imo. For the record, my DH wanted a VW rabbit, used condition, and my eyes blinked at the cost. It's too low slung for my preference WRT getting in and out of the vehicle and a jeeper type transport works best for hauling hay. So whenever we go out, it's My compact recreation vehicle we take.

He did acquire the black rabbit. It's got the cute emblem so it's all good. He spends time with his "tired" bun routinely, polishing the surface.

Do you guys just have stuffed companion buns in your cars to show you're a rabbit owner?

Hubby comes from a GM-mindframe, and his brother STILL mutters about imports. Our son purchased a Jetta.

Sweet same here. I want to get one and drve around the US with my friend for 2 weeks. But i really want a 80's vw rabbit pickup and turn it into a GTI

My son's girlfriend has a 2008 VW white rabbit. Problem is thereare only two dealers that can do repairs or any type of service on the VW in town. You can't even get a block heater (for winter) any where else.

I love VW's! I used to have a 75 candy apple red Beetle, and a 77 convertible Beetle. I also had a 1969 Karmann Ghia - loved them all...

I was young, and didn't think to take pictures....
