Rabbit thumping cage

My Rabbit, Rocky now 4 yrs old has started thumping his cage late at night?

what does this mean? Please help x

Something is upsetting him. Thumping is an 'alarm' signal to warn of danger, or he's angry about something.
Did you move him, or do you have other pets?
Is he out of food or water?

He probably just wants some attention orsomething good to eat. Mr. Z does that just so I will get upand rub his forehead and talk to him for a few minutes.

mine thumps when he wants attention. it might not necessarily mean he's upset.
