...and no vet can find a remedy. She has diarrheafor 4 days now.
Does anyone knows a cure for that yeast? Thank you!

Is your vet certain it is cyniclomyces yeast that is causing the problem, and not coccidia, or the e. coli or clostridium bacteria? These are more common causes of diarrhea in rabbits. I also found this article that mentions the cyniclomyces yeast is normal for rabbits to have. I would really suspect it is coccidia or bacteria causing this. Has the vet tried to treat for either of these? What medications have you tried?

However, for the rabbit owner there is this good news: Many rabbits diagnosed with coccidiosis don't have coccidia at all! A common mistake made by veterinarians not familiar with rabbits is to confuse Cyniclomyces guttulatulus, a rabbit-specific Ascosporogenous yeast in the Saccharomyces family and part of the normal cecal flora of rabbits, with coccidia on fecal examinations.

She's positive for Eimeria spp and Cyniclomyces spp. First one is a coccidia and I gave her treatment, today is the 4th day, she still has diarrhea, especialy in the morning. I feed her only hay , anyhow she eats very little...

Yes, cyniclomyces is a part of normal flora but in case of overpopulation can cause diarrhea and the vet told me he found treatment/remedy only for dogs and cats, still not for rabbits ...

Did your vet try treating with any sulfa antibiotics to see if that would help with the diarrhea? I haven't ever heard of this yeast causing problems for rabbits, and I can't find any information on it being a problem or any medical treatment for it.

There are some very good rabbit vet specialists in the UK. There is the Royal School of Veterinary Studies and Bristol University, and they would either have rabbits specialists that your vet could consult with, or they will know of a specialist that may be able to help. That's what I would suggest, is your vet consulting with a rabbit specialist.

If your rabbit truly does have this yeast and it is the cause of the diarrhea, then the antifungal for cats and dogs may be your only option, though I have no idea if it is safe for rabbits or not.

The only information I can find is that this yeast is just a normal part of a rabbits GI flora. I can't find any information on overgrowth of the yeast causing diarrhea in rabbits.

If you haven't already, you may want to treat with the antibiotics trimethoprim sulfa and metronidazole. This will cover the possibility of coccidia or harmful bacteria being the cause of the diarrhea.
