Hello,
I'm Patti from Florida. I am a volunteer with Gainesville Rabbit Rescue. I have a bunny named Boo, who was my first foster bunny (now adopted), rescued from a parking lot. I also have Bailey and Blondie. Bailey was a rescue from the Alachua County animal shelter. She had just given birth to 8 babies through the night and morning, which made her and her new family more trouble than they were worth to the shelter. I picked her up when the newest baby was about 2 hours old. All her younguns were adopted out except for Blondie. Bailey and Blondie are now a bonded pair who share my home (or they share their home with me???). I usually have a foster bunny or two, but am currently awaiting word on my next special needs foster.
I'm really glad to have been recommended to this site. It looks like a great place to learn and share about bunnies!
