Hey everyone! Thanks for all the replies! I'm sorry that it took this long for an update...
The little boy is called Sonic here at home, but his show name is SuperSonic. I felt as though the name suited him because he's fast enough to outrun my dog!

The girl has been named Emerald. Her mother was Emily and they are EXACTLY the same! Same colour, same personality, same attitude!

All of our pet names come from TV, films, and literature. Our Great Danes names come from Futurama--we currently have Bender and Fry and they replaced Lela and Amy who both passed recently. Before that our canine names came from Star Trek.
