Missing fur on leg

I just notice today that there is a sizable tuft of fur missing on my bunny's leg (I guess would be the thigh area). Should I be worry? He is a part of a bonded pair but they've been getting along well.

Inner thigh? Could it be urine scald? Does he pee on himself a bit?

No, it's on the outer thigh. It's about the size of a quarter but he won't stand still enough for me to take a picture

Does his skin around the area look inflamed, dandruffy or scabby? If his skin looks fine and it's just the fur missing, it could just be a one-off "get out of my way!" nip from the other bunny. Keep an eye on it.
